General Terms

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between ak44 aircraft and all registered members of this platform. By using the ak44 aircraft website (https://ak44aircraft.cam) and its associated services, you are automatically considered to have accepted all the terms stated here.

A National ID card, passport or birth registration certificate may need to be submitted for age verification. ak44 aircraft reserves the right to put the withdrawal process on hold until verification is complete.

Account Security

4.2 Suspected Unauthorised Access

Deposits and Withdrawals

ak44 aircraft currently accepts bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay for deposits and withdrawals. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.

5.1 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, if additional verification is required, this time may increase slightly.

Bonus Terms

ak44 aircraft offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To receive this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before any winnings can be withdrawn.

6.1 Wagering Example

A clear example: if someone deposits ৳1,000, a 100% bonus adds another ৳1,000, making the total balance ৳2,000. To become eligible to withdraw the bonus funds, the bonus amount of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered.

6.2 Other Bonus Rules

• The bonus is applicable only once per account
• If you withdraw before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus and any bonus-related winnings will be cancelled
• If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended
• The bonus cannot be transferred to any other account

Betting and Game Rules

7.1 Technical Issues

• Placing bets using automated bots or software

Account Suspension and Closure

ak44 aircraft reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these terms and conditions
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information
• Suspicion of financial fraud or manipulation
• Long-term inactive account
• Court order or request from a law enforcement agency

9.1 Self-Requested Account Closure

If a member wishes to close their account themselves, they can notify the support team via live chat or email. If there is a balance before the account is closed, it can be withdrawn in accordance with the applicable rules.

Limitation of Liability

ak44 aircraft is an entertainment platform. ak44 aircraft is not liable for any financial loss incurred by a member as a result of gaming or betting activities. Members should bet according to their own judgement and means.

ak44 aircraft is not liable for losses caused by factors outside the platform (internet disconnection, device issues, third-party service failures). However, if any loss occurs due to ak44 aircraft's own servers or systems, it will be reviewed appropriately.
